Coconut Chocolate Chip Spread

1- jar of marshmallow crème

1- 8 oz package of cream cheese

1- 1/4 cups chocolate chips

1- cup toasted coconut

1- box of graham crackers

 Turn on the oven to broil. Spread coconut on a baking sheet and toast just until it turns golden brown.

In a large bowl combine marshmallow crème and cream cheese together. Stir in chocolate chips and roll mixture into a ball. Top with toasted coconut. Serve on graham crackers.

 
Tip: If you combine the marshmallow crème and cream cheese together, this makes an awesome fruit dip.

I got this recipe from my good friend Amanda. She made this dessert for a church potluck about 5 years ago and I never forgot it. This is one of my favorites to make because it’s so
quick and easy!!!
Now you can't say you don’t have time to make a dessert!
