Roast Beef Sandwiches

3 lb Roast Beef

1 Jar Peppercinis

1 Medium yellow onion (cut into quarters)

1 package of dried Italian dressing


Place all the ingredients into a crock-pot and cook on low for 8 hours. When the meat is done cooking discard the peppercinis
and onions. Shred the meat and serve on Hoagie bread.


If you have leftover meat you can serve tacos or burritos the next night for dinner. Two meals for the price of one!
