Day 4

Today is day 4 and I have 6 days left to reach my mini goal! Everything is going well, the thought of quitting hasn't crossed my mind. I haven't decided if I will continue onto the 21 days, which is standard for the Daniel's Fast. A part of me feels guilty if I decide to stop at 10 days because it's feel like I'm just being too lazy to finish the race! lol! We'll see...

Snacks: Sliced apples with Peanut Butter, Rice and Seed Chips, Banana and Grapes.






Lunch and Dinner: Canned beans seasoned with sea salt and pepper. Cooked Brown Rice is ready in 90 seconds. Red Potato with diced Green Bell peppers, onion and 1/2 of a jalapeno, seasoned with Garlic Powder and Sea Salt.
