Sassy Water

Anyone heard of Sassy Water before? It's said to help you shed pounds around your midsection by eliminating buildup of contaminants, excess water and fat.. So, of course I had to try it out for myself. 

*Update: For best results, you should drink all the water within one day.
 

Ingredients:
8 1/2 Cups of water
1 Teaspoon of grated Ginger ( I didn't use ginger)
1 Medium cucumber (sliced thin)
  2 Large Lemon (sliced thin)
12 Mint Leaves


Method:

1. Slice cucumber and lemons.  
Place in the bottom of the pitcher.   
Toss in mint leaves. Add water

2. Chill overnight or for at least 8 hours. 









This morning I stirred it real good to make sure it was all mixed well before serving my first cup! I hope to see some benefits from this drink...keep you posted!
