Cilantro Lime Shrimp




Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 pounds peeled shrimp
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Kosher Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (I used 1/2 a lemon instead of Lime)
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
